Help Wanted: Secretary / Office Assistant
Location: Wood Shed Truss, 1345 N US Hwy 69, Mineola, TX 75773
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wood Shed Truss is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary/Office Assistant to join our team. If you’re organized, friendly, and ready to keep our office running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintain the office's appearance to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Track and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Accurately record and organize paperwork.
- Follow up on accounts receivables to ensure timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools is a plus).
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
