FRONT-END / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Job Summary
Front-End / Customer Service Associates create the first and last impression for Wood Shed customers. This role focuses on checkout, customer service, and front-end operations, while still supporting cross-trained coverage throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient checkout service
- Answer phones and direct customers to appropriate departments
- Process transactions accurately, including returns, refunds, and house accounts
- Promote loyalty programs and seasonal promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Assist customers with basic product questions and store navigation
- Provide backup support on the sales floor or loading area as needed
- Attend staff meetings and follow all policies and safety standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the front-end area
- Ability to lift and handle products of varying weight as needed
- Willingness to be cross-trained and assist in other areas
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
