What You'll Be Doing
- Make it yours! Take pride in the overall appearance, organization, and success of the clothing and footwear department.
- Help choose what we sell. Assist with purchasing, vendor relationships, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Get creative. Design eye-catching displays, seasonal promotions, and merchandise arrangements that encourage sales.
- Connect with customers. Help shoppers find the right boots, clothing, and accessories while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Keep things running smoothly. Receive merchandise, manage pricing, monitor inventory, and stay ahead of seasonal needs.
- Help us grow. Recognize trends, recommend new products, and identify opportunities to increase department sales.
- Be part of the team. Support other store departments, including hardware and the register, when needed.
