Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide engaging, informative tastings of our wines
- Assist guests with selecting products based on their preferences and encourage upselling to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipt processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room area to ensure a welcoming environment at all times
- Handle cash register operations with accuracy during busy periods while providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events
Experience
- Previous experience is a plus, but we are open to training the person/personality to fit the position and its responsibilities.
