Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, recipe creation, and food preparation techniques
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Experience in inventory management, food cost control, and vendor relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 2-3 years of culinary experience, with prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
