Role Description This full-time Technician role is an on-site position located in Springdale, AR. The Technician is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of powersports vehicles and equipment, following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting units, conducting routine services, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and completing repair orders accurately. The Technician will also maintain a clean and organized work area, communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about repairs, and document work performed in the service system. Collaboration with other team members to meet service deadlines and uphold quality standards is expected.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform mechanical diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on powersports vehicles or similar equipment.
- Familiarity with tools, shop equipment, and safety procedures in a service or dealership environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, engines, and drivetrains; willingness to learn manufacturer-specific procedures.
