Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage client files, ensuring all policy information, endorsements, and correspondence are accurately documented and maintained.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently.
Coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to resolve issues and obtain information.
Provide outstanding support to clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Help identify potential coverage gaps or opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with agency management software is a plus.
