We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IP litigation cases, providing strategic guidance, and representing clients at trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IP litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
• Serve as the primary advocate in court and administrative proceedings, presenting cases before judges, juries and administrative boards.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical experts and clients to build strong cases.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in litigation matters.
• Stay current on developments in IP law and litigation trends.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with significant trial experience required.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and the State of Ohio Bar (other state registrations will be considered).
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently and independently
• Competent in legal research and document management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Portable book of business preferred.
