We are looking for a fun, positive, and dependable intermittent Activity Leader to join our team!
As an Activity Leader, you will help create meaningful experiences for our residents through group activities, special events, community outings, games, crafts, music, and more. We are looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm to our programs and encourage resident participation in a warn and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily resident activities and events
- Encourage resident participation and social engagement
- Help plan and lead recreational programs
- Transport residents to community outings and appointments as needed
- Safely operate a small facility bus/van for outings
- Create a fun, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for residents
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with elderly residents in a healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a small bus/van
- Reliable, flexible, and dependable
- Previous activities, recreation, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Schedule
This is an Intermittent position, offering excellent flexibility!
Employees may select their own schedule as long as they work at least one shift per month.

Located in Bowling Green, Ohio, Wood Haven Health Care, a not-for-profit 93 bed short-term rehabilitation and long-term health care center, provides both skilled and intermediate levels of care and services.
