Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our small but growing team. This role is all about keeping orders moving smoothly—from the moment they come in to the moment they ship out. You’ll handle order picking, packing, and processing across all sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.
When order volume allows, you’ll also assist with light production tasks to help keep our workflow efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship daily orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process orders from Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and other online marketplaces.
- Print and manage shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking information.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate with our production team about restocking needs.
- Reorder shipping and packing supplies as needed.
- Assist in minor production processes when fulfillment duties are complete (e.g., sanding, labeling, assembly, or light CNC prep).
- Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth order flow.
Qualifications
- Experience with order fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping/receiving preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Etsy is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet during your shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
