Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dining Room Supervisor to oversee dinner operations in our dining room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills to manage the restaurant team effectively.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Train new staff members on restaurant procedures and standards
- Handle residents and family members inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for dining room supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising within a restaurant setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively
