What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Driver - Mobile, AL position at WOOD FRUITTICHER GROCERY CO INC?
The Route Driver position is responsible for delivering products to customer locations and maintaining superior customer service. This position is physically demanding and 100% touch freight.
This position is Monday - Friday with varying dispatch and end times depending on the days route. Friday & Saturday off days and Paid Weekly!
We also offer abilities to earn extra income through incentive and safety programs
Qualifications:- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision.
- Possess a current Commercial Driver License/Class A.
- Ability to unload product of varying weights at customer locations using hand trucks and ramps.
- Have a professional and courteous manner with people. You are the face of the company for our customers!
- Good attendance.
- Reading, writing and math skills.
- Organizational skills to maintain daily logs and accurate reporting.
- Must pass a post offer drug test, DOT physical, and background check.
