Dry Puller

The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and pulling products from warehouse racks according to customer orders. This role requires operating a pallet jack, organizing and stacking cases efficiently onto pallets, and transporting completed orders to the dock for loading. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that operates in a production-based pay structure, rewarding efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate an electric pallet jack to navigate the warehouse and retrieve products.
• Select products from racks according to order specifications and ensure order accuracy.
• Stack cases securely and efficiently on pallets to prevent damage during transport.
• Deliver completed orders to the designated dock area for truck loading.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency to meet production-based pay requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or order selection role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order specifications.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently and occasionally up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the entirety of the shift.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to work in various warehouse conditions, including ambient, refrigerated, and freezer environments.
