We’re looking for a confident, driven In-Home Flooring Sales Specialist who can deliver a top-tier buying experience and close deals on the spot.
In this role, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners at their homes, guide them through product options, take accurate measurements, and present professional estimates—all in one visit. This is a high-impact, commission-driven position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build trust and close confidently.
You’ll be provided with warm leads, a company vehicle, and the tools you need to succeed. Your focus is simple: deliver a premium experience, solve the customer’s problem, and close the deal.
Pay: $7,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
