What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney position at Wood County Prosecutors Office?
The Wood County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is seeking to hire an entry level Assistant Prosecutor for magistrate court. Prior experience is preferred but not required. The candidate will receive training and assistance as needed. The applicant must be able to communicate effectively as well as analyze various legal documents and scenarios.
The applicant must be in good standing with the WV State Bar. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will include a full benefits package.
