The Medical Office MA, LPN or RN is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality patient and occupational health care through clinical assessment, treatment support, diagnostic testing, care coordination, and accurate documentation while maintaining a compliant and well-organized clinical environment. The Medical Office RN is an onsite position.
Job Duties
- Assist physician or provider with patient assessment, examinations and treatments.
- Documents patient care observations and activities according to professional standards and procedures.
- Administers routine injections under the direction and supervision of a provider.
- Promptly responds to patient phone calls and concerns.
- Triages patient phones calls, in accordance with office policy.
- Obtains specimens (i.e. throat, urine, wound, etc) using proper technique and following policy and protocol for labeling.
Required License/Certification:
- Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in the State of Ohio.
- Certified or Registered MA
