Environmental Services Technician / Full Time / Nights The Environmental Services Tech provides personal care and professional excellence by cleaning, buffing, polishing, stripping, refinishing and maintaining assigned areas of the hospital in a sanitary, orderly attractive condition.
MAJOR TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs thorough daily cleaning and periodic cleanings on schedule.
2. Properly changes cubicle curtains as needed.
3. Properly cleans blinds.
4. Properly cleans stairwells, elevators and baseboards.
5. Properly cleans restrooms and replenishes essentials.
6. Properly cleans working equipment.
7. Properly collects and disposes trash and linens. Safely moves linen carts to linen room.
8. Thoroughly cleans furniture. Dusts vents, cabinets, horizontal surfaces and counters.
