What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional/Translator position at Wood County Educational Service Center?
**Translator for Spanish Speaking Student**
Provide educational support including tutoring, classroom management, organization of materials, and computer assistance for students under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide assistance for students when requested by the student or supervising teacher.
2. Is familiar and consistenly adheres to the WCESC Policy handbook, District Code of Conduct, classroom routine and structure and each student's individualized education plans.
3. As requested, will assist classroom teacher and related service providers in the development, implementation, and documentation of student's behavior plan and IEP goals and objectives.
4. Assist student(s) participating in general education classes.
