We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team in the Short North! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionHandle plumbing, electrical and painting workPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good conditionOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryOn call on a six week rotation​Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedHVAC experience a plusReliable transportation and valid drivers license
