Kitchen Manager

Wood & Iron Gameday is seeking a Kitchen Operating Partner to join our leadership team in Arlington as we continue to grow and expand operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on kitchen leader who thrives in high-volume environments, leads by example, and is passionate about building strong teams, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering consistent food quality.

As a Kitchen Operating Partner, you will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, team development, food execution, and overall BOH performance within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily Back of House operations

• Ensure consistency, quality, and execution of all menu items

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor management

• Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members

• Foster a positive, accountable, team-driven culture

• Work alongside ownership and leadership to support continued growth and operational success

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience in high-volume kitchen operations

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and peak business periods

• Ability to read and write English (bilingual is a plus)

• Passion for hospitality, systems, and team development
