What You’ll Get

- Typical travel: 1–2 weeks at a time (varies by project)
- Work alongside a consistent crew on active commercial job sites
- Assist with installation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Support wiring, piping, and energy management system (EMS) installs
- Work on rooftops and mechanical rooms at commercial job sites
- Carry tools and materials and help maintain organized, safe job sites
- Follow all company safety protocols
- Learn directly from experienced HVAC technicians on large-scale projects
- High school diploma or GED
- Some HVAC, mechanical, or construction experience preferred (willing to train motivated candidates)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet-up locations
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Dependable and team-oriented
