This is an on-site internship role for a Mover, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Mover will assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading items for residential and commercial moves. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of items during the move, maintaining organization during transportation, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Additional duties may include assembling or disassembling furniture and performing routine maintenance on moving equipment as needed.
- Proficiency in physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects safely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
- Basic mechanical skills to assemble or disassemble furniture when required
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required
