Our desired applicants have a passion that roots deep with a love for flowers, plants and events. You will support the mission of Wondry while working closely with its Founder and Co-Owners. This opportunity will help you acquire hands-on experience and skills, plus provide you with exposure to both strategy and execution aspects within the event, floral, and tourist industry. You will gain broad experience in marketing, client relations, and cultivations, as well as strategic planning and creative design. This position will help prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment. However, we hope that after working closely with you, we transition you into a full-time paid member of Wondry.

Qualification and Desired Skills:

• Experience working at least 1 year IN a flower shop as a DESIGNER (not required but preferred)

• Wedding floral design experience

• Prior experience working in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative role preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation for onsite work in Avondale, AZ

• Ability to multitask and execute various projects/deadlines

• Desire/interest to work in the event planning/florist/tourist industry

• Enthusiastic about the idea of being a part of a start-up

As a Wondry Creative Contributor you will:

• Design floral arrangements for delivery orders, pickup and special events

• Communicate and build relationships with clients through emails, phone calls, and in-person events

• Educate interested clients on our available products, events, and adventures.

• Provide feedback and ideas on special projects/campaigns.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Work collaboratively with the Wondry team to consistently improve client relationships, products, and services

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
