We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Acquisition BDC Representative to help expand our vehicle inventory by connecting with customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles. Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding vehicle trade-in and purchase opportunities
- Respond to inbound leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and marketing campaigns
- Schedule vehicle appraisal appointments for the sales and acquisition teams
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email communications
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Build rapport with customers and provide a professional, positive experience
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
- Work closely with management and acquisition specialists to maximize inventory opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
