Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual intake assessments and prepare detailed reports
- Provide remote supervision and guidance to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor and analyze client progress through digital data collection platforms
- Train and support families in implementing individualized treatment plans via telehealth
- Maintain regular communication with clients, families, RBTs, and the Clinical Director
- Respond promptly to client needs and inquiries in a professional and supportive manner
- Perform additional remote duties as required to support client care
- BCBA certification (Required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with ASD (Preferred)
- Experience with remote supervision and telehealth delivery preferred
- Comfortable using technology for virtual communication, training, and documentation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage tasks independently in a home-based setting
