Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience treating pediatric patients or a strong interest in working with children. You will provide comprehensive dental care in a supportive, team-oriented environment and help create positive dental experiences for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and preventive care for pediatric patients.
- Provide restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and extractions as needed.
- Educate patients and parents on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a team of dental assistants and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Pediatric dentistry experience preferred but not required; general dentists with a passion for treating children will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
