Responsibilities
- Oversee the leasing process for luxury residential units, including lease or rental agreement management and upselling premium amenities to prospective tenants.
- Manage daily property operations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained.
- Lead and motivate a team of leasing agents, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel to achieve occupancy goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain strong client communication through professional phone etiquette and personalized service, addressing tenant inquiries promptly and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies for property maintenance and upgrades.
- Conduct regular property inspections to oversee maintenance needs, safety standards, and overall property appearance.
