Role Description
I’m looking for someone who can join me for select meetings, pitches, strategy sessions, and client presentations — primarily within branding, digital, real estate, hospitality, and creative projects.
This is NOT a full-time role. More of an “as-needed” strategic support position for the right person. This position can ultimately turn into a full time role.
Ideal person:• Experience working at a digital agency, branding agency, advertising agency, or creative studio• Extremely organized and detail-oriented• Strong communicator with executive presence• Able to take structured notes during meetings and quickly turn conversations into actionable plans• Comfortable helping organize teams, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up• Can assist in preparing for pitches/presentations when needed• Based in Miami / South Florida• Freelance or consulting mindset preferred
This role is important to me because I’m often in high-level meetings and need someone sharp in the room helping capture details, structure next steps, and keep momentum moving afterward.
