What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Wonderdog Merrimon?
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dog daycare! If you love dogs and people, and can multitask in a busy environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pups
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and emails
- Schedule appointments and process payments
- Enter and update client and pet information in our system
Requirements:
- Previous professional dog experience not required, but is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skill
- Comfortable around dogs of all sizes
- Organized, dependable, and upbeat
Schedule:
- Weekend availability required
Shifts offered between 7 AM – 7 PM
