Production Team Member- Seasonal

Role and Purpose within the Organization:

Our production and fulfillment team members contribute to the Wondercide mission by moving the production line, filling the shelves, and boxing up products. We currently have both part-time and full-time opportunities available on this team.

Who You Are:

• Someone with a demonstrated history of building trust in the workplace 
• A person who enjoys working with a diverse team 
• You have demonstrated experience communicating clearly and effectively with all company departments
• You are committed to your shift schedule, including arriving on time, informing your manager when any obligations change, and arranging your transportation to our warehouse location 
• You can take direction and ask for help
• A person who likes to maintain a positive attitude
• Someone flexible and willing to take on new challenges
• Someone with a passion for our mission
  
• Someone with knowledge of Ship Station software is a plus 
  
• A strong command of the English language
• You are able and willing to lift 30 pounds
• You are capable and willing to bend, stoop, stand, and work with your hands for extended periods

What You'll Do: 

• Work with a team to manufacture high-quality consumer products that help our customers lead healthier lives
• Fill, cap, and label bottles with non-toxic liquids
• Operate equipment on the production line
• Continuously identify and recommend process improvements
• Work within established manufacturing best practices, maintaining a high level of quality control and attention to detail
  
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Inspect products for quality and report to Operations Management
• Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting established quotas and standards with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction
  

Logistics:

• This role is expected to work out of our facility at 2200 Chisholm Trail Road Ste 160, Round Rock, TX
• Regular shift hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
• The position is for 3-6 months 
• Must have a strong command of the English language.
