Overview
As a team member, the Frozen Warehouse Team Member controls the receipt, storage, and out-loading of finished produced goods in the facility. They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.

Responsibilities
- Must understand and agree that safety is the most important expectation of employment.
- Must have working and driving knowledge of all types of forklifts used in the facility
- Complete regular inspections of forklifts.
- Maintain/participate to be SQF (BRC) and AIB compliant.
- Troubleshoots problems that arise in the warehouse process from Production to Distribution as well as Vendor to Distribution.
- Follow and adhere to company safety programs/policies such as but not limited to:
- Participate in rotation of warehouse stock.
- Clean all areas associated with the warehouse.
- Must have appropriate computer skills to monitor warehouse inventory, use IR Scanners, work in established systems and understand Ticket Masters.
- Load/ unload and verify counts of raw materials and finished goods.
- Inspect materials and finished goods for damage or pest infestation.
- Must be capable of working in sub-zero environment.
- Follows attendance policy. Observes department call-in procedures. Exhibits timely arrival and departure and dependable time habits including meal and other breaks.
- Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.
- Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.
- Follows dress code and maintains a professional appearance.
- Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks.
- Complies with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.
- Works within a team environment to meet/exceed established warehouse standards.
- As need dictates, both assigned shift, work location, and work schedule may be changed by management with or without prior notice.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work history in Warehouse and Distribution preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience with knowledge in warehouse industry
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Must be computer literate and versed in WMS/Information system pertaining to Warehouse
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
