Guided by the principles of courage, collaboration, excellence and service, we strive to see the world through different perspectives, recognizing that empathy fosters understanding and unity.

We're looking for motivated team members who are passionate about their craft and hungry to make a meaningful impact through their work. We're building something new in entertainment, and that requires creativity, curiosity, kindness and a bias towards action. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment where every contribution matters and you're energized by the opportunity to shape culture through storytelling, you'll fit right in. We welcome you to join us on this journey as we build an entertainment brand committed to restoring faith in things worth believing in.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President to lead our Corporate Strategy and FP&A functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep investment banking and corporate strategy experience who thrives at the intersection of entertainment, media, and technology. You will be instrumental in shaping our competitive positioning, evaluating strategic transactions, modeling future revenue opportunities, and serving as a key liaison with our investor base as we scale our business.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your investment banking and strategy expertise to shape the future of a mission-driven entertainment company. You will work directly with senior leadership to make critical decisions that will define our competitive positioning and drive long-term value creation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the unique opportunity to blend rigorous financial analysis with creative storytelling, all while building a company committed to meaningful, uplifting content.

Join us, and you'll play a pivotal role in building a studio that proves you can achieve both financial success and positive cultural impact.

  • Content Licensing ROI Optimization: Measure and optimize content licensing return on investment, partnering with the programming team to align spend with revenue, CPH, subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention value, translating data into actionable insights that inform licensing deals and schedules.
  • Investor Relations and Fundraising Support: Facilitate in communications with investors, prepare board materials and investor presentations, support capital raise initiatives, and communicate our strategic vision and financial performance.
  • Strategic Planning and Scenario Analysis: Drive long-term strategic planning processes, develop business cases for new initiatives, and conduct scenario analysis to support major business decisions including platform expansion and content strategy pivots.
