Job Description
Wonder Porcelain, a multi-nation porcelain manufacturer originated in China, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Customer Success Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting customer relationships—particularly key accounts—while ensuring efficient execution of customer orders and delivering data-driven insights to improve service levels and drive incremental sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and manage day-to-day relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer order process, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment, while coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze customer order data, purchasing patterns, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting incremental sales growth through product recommendations and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and provide data-driven insights and reporting to support internal decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and service-related challenges in a timely and professional manner, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
- Other sales-related and ad hoc tasks during daily operations.
