Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our children’s indoor playground team. As the first point of contact for families and guests, you will play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming, and well-organized environment.

This is more than just a front desk job — you will be responsible for daily ticket sales, birthday party bookings, customer service, and supporting overall operations. Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and families with a warm, positive attitude
• Handle daily admission ticket sales, check-ins, and payment processing
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about pricing, party packages, and playground policies
• Promote and sell birthday party packages confidently and professionally
• Assist customers with party bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Manage reservations, waivers, and customer information accurately
• Support party check-ins and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Clearly communicate playground rules and ensure a safe, positive experience for all guests

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with sales and performance-based commission
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (POS system, email, scheduling tools)
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
• Bilingual (English & Chinese preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is a plus
