The Role
We are seeking an Operations & Training Coordinator to support and elevate clinical operations across our client practices. This is a growth-oriented role designed for high-potential individuals with strong initiative, execution instincts, a sense of ownership, sound judgment in fast-paced environments, and a business-oriented, hospitality-driven mindset focused on service excellence and high standards.
This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational systems that allow clinical environments to run smoothly, including workflow efficiency, team training, standards adherence, and operational cost control.
Prior healthcare or clinical experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clinical operations to ensure smooth, efficient execution
- Assist in documenting and reinforcing operational guidelines and standards
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of clinical teams
- Help optimize patient and staff workflows for consistency and efficiency
- Assist with clinical inventory management, supply ordering, and expense tracking
- Identify operational gaps and escalate improvement opportunities
- Support operational initiatives across client practices
- Model professionalism, accountability, and service excellence
Training & Development
We invest in individuals with strong potential and long-term leadership ambition. To support and lead clinical operations effectively, this role includes a structured, hands-on training period (approximately 2–3 months) within the clinical environment. This training is designed to build deep operational understanding and credibility.
All technical and clinical skills required for success will be fully sponsored and taught by the company. High performers will have a defined pathway to expanded responsibility and leadership roles as Won & Co. grows.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
No prior healthcare, dental, or clinical experience required.
Location
This position requires primarily in-person work at our headquarters in Hoboken, NJ, with occasional on-site support at affiliated clinics in Montvale and River Vale, NJ.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $48,000 – $56,000, depending on experience and skillset.
- Full-time role with advancement opportunities as Won & Co. expands.
