Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Administrative and Program Assistant to support our team and contribute to our mission. This temporary position, is filling in for a staff member on maternity leave and will run from now until January 30th 2026.
Assistant Responsibilities:
Office Management:
· Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
· Sort and distribute mail.
· Greet guests and visitors.
· Order and maintain office supplies.
· Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
· Assist with the planning and execution of training workshops and events.
· Track participant attendance and engagement.
· Provide support to participants as needed.
· Assist the Executive Director in preparing reports.
· Schedule appointments for the Executive Director.
· Assist with basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Details:
· Position Type: Temporary, In person, Employee, 3 months
· Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
· Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour
· Location: South Denver, near Evans and South Broadway
