- Supporting the Store Leader in interviewing and hiring new team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
- Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales and manage transactions.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks and effective stock management practices.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
