ASSISTANT PROGRAM LEADER DESCRIPTION
The Women’s Money Matters Assistant Program Leader plays a key role in supporting the smooth and effective implementation of our workshops and coaching programs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to support both Program Leaders and coaches in addressing participant needs. The Assistant Program Leader helps ensure participants stay engaged, attend workshops consistently, and actively work toward their financial goals.
CURRENT OPENINGWe are currently seeking an Assistant Program Leader for the Life Launch program at Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center.
Program Details:
- Start Date: April 1, 2026
- Schedule: Wednesdays, 3:00–4:00 PM (8 weeks)
- Location: 515 Blue Hill Ave, Dorchester, MA 02121
- End Date: June 3rd
CORE PROGRAM
- Support the Program Leader in overseeing workshops (in person or virtual)
- Assist with facilitating introductory workshops and participant sessions
- Help match coaches and participants alongside the Senior Volunteer Manager
- Provide support to coaches and step in as a backup when needed
- Maintain communication with coaches and assist in resolving questions or concerns
- Encourage participant attendance and engagement
- Help ensure each participant/coach pair is working toward a financial goal
- Assist with workshop logistics, including reminders and materials
- Support workshop facilitation, including introductions and announcements
- Track attendance and assist with program documentation in Salesforce
- Help address logistical needs for in-person or virtual sessions
- Assist in promoting Women’s Money Matters programs and volunteer opportunities
ABOUT YOU
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using Zoom, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Based in MA or NH
- Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
Compensation
This part-time/hourly position requires approx 3-5 hours each week per assigned program, not to exceed 19 hours. Compensation is $20 per hour.
