What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Fitness Trainer or Health Coach position at Women's Lift Lab?

Women's Lift Lab is a small but thriving community of women working on building strength, reversing metabolic health conditions, and learning how to lift with confidence.
As a fitness trainer for WLL you will be responsible for helping members achieve their goals for physical fitness, supervising workout regimens, coaching members on their form during exercises and tracking fitness and performance goals over time. You will also carry out various tasks such as explaining the exercises in a clear and efficient way, while demonstrating how to use the training equipment safely, to avoid injuries.
The schedule is flexible with available hours occurring between:
Monday-Thursday: 6am-8:30am and 4:30pm-6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am-10:30am
Additionally, we are looking for contracted personal trainers that wish to train in a private environment to build their own clientele.
A background in Anatomy and Physiology, Health Education, or Exercise Science strongly preferred, or 1-2 years experience in personal training/Health and Wellness Coaching. Experience or history with gymnastics, dance, or calisthenics training is also a bonus. However, willing to train the right person for the position even if experience is limited.
