What you’ll do:
• Welcome patients warmly and check them in with care
• Verify insurance ID, help patients with digital/paper intake forms
• Answer phones, schedule/reschedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
• Manage provider schedules and communicate any changes to the clinical team
• Become our Infinitt scheduling software expert use Excel/SharePoint for daily productivity tracking
• Scan, file, and keep records organized and HIPAA-compliant
• Keep our waiting room calm, clean, and welcoming
• Provide basic patient education when needed
What you bring:
• Required: 1 year medical office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service mindset — on-the-job training or certificate a plus
• Able to sit at a computer for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and occasionally travel to other WIS sites
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical admin certification a plus
