What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetician position at Women's Health Specialists?
Aesthetician with the ability to perform high level aesthetic procedures. Experience is required in performing treatments including skin care, chemical peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation. Knowledge of CoolSculpting and experience with Microneedling, Dermaplaning and DiamondGlow (hydrodermabrasion) needed. Up-to-date Florida State Aesthetic License required.
Responsibilities
- Administers aesthetic treatments
- Evaluates client's suitability for all available services/treatments and performs treatments the same day as evaluations
- Design progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
- Provide relevant and concise information regarding desired treatments and their risks
- Provide pre-and post-care instructions
- Ability to complete detailed paperwork and consent forms
- Monitor and record patients' concerns and document provided services
- Resolve and report on patients' concerns and issues
- Adhere to all policies, along with all State and Federal regulations
- Complete charts in detail; make personalized notes and record information
- Conduct and maintain professional standards
- Apply knowledge of sterile techniques, OSHA regulations and HIPAA requirements
- Ability to promote skin care products
- Assist in creation of further aesthetic education content
- Assist in marketing and public relations through targeted phone calls, texts and emails to new and existing clients
- Learn new procedures and techniques, based on industry changes and client demands
