With over 10 years’ experience in midwifery care, we are looking to expand our Midwifery Team to provide greater access to personalized, exceptional care to the women in our community. A Step Above the Rest
We critically evaluated all aspects of midwifery care and how it is practiced and developed a program that benefits BOTH our patients AND providers. Our program includes:
- 24/7 physician coverage in the hospital for safety purposes.
- Week day/night midwifery coverage in the hospital to reduce midwife call during the week. Hospital coverage during the week is available if desired, just let us know if this is something you are interested in!
- Dedicated Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist on our Team to provide consultations and ultrasounds and care for your patients without the need of having to refer to an outside entity.
- Several stand-alone midwifery offices to support autonomous midwifery care.
- A culture that values work-life balance and the necessity for family friendly schedules for our providers.
One of the most exciting improvements to our maternity program is our recent transition to a hospital that has high regard for midwifery care and allows us to achieve our goals of safe, natural birth while maintaining the foundational values that we have built for our midwives!
About the Opportunity
- We are looking for a licensed midwife to work four days a week in one of our midwifery offices and join a shared call schedule, rotating weekend call only.
- Experienced midwives and new graduates are invited to apply!
