Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role as a Business Development Intern focusing on Ticket Sales & Partnerships, with the opportunity to work from Minneapolis, MN, and remotely. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads for ticket sales, conducting market research to explore partnership opportunities, managing outreach to potential stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to partners and clients. The intern will also support the implementation of business strategies to strengthen growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and partners effectively
- Analytical Skills to evaluate business opportunities and interpret market data
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue sales and partnership opportunities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks in both remote and in-office environments
- Passion for sports, specifically rugby, and an interest in advancing women’s professional rugby is highly desirable
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field
