We welcome applicants in these regions who are interested in a hybrid role. For expansion locations, office location and start timing will depend on our plans and will be discussed during the interview process.

About Our Practice

We provide individual therapy for women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, motherhood, grief, identity development, and hormonal mental health concerns.

We prioritize work-life balance, a healthy work environment, and a shared passion for meaningful care. Our clinicians enjoy independence in their work alongside administrative support, clinical leadership, and opportunities for team connection.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in therapists with specialized training, experience, or a sincere interest in developing expertise in one or more of the following:

  • IFS, EMDR, or similar approaches that support deeper processing of trauma and emotional patterns
  • Infertility, pregnancy loss, and infant loss
  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • PMDD and cycle-related mood concerns
  • Perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and birth trauma

Additional interests that may stand out include ADHD in women, OCD, and a holistic approach to mental health that considers the connections among emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, and life circumstances.

You do not need expertise in every area. We value thoughtful clinicians who bring existing strengths and a genuine commitment to learning.

Qualifications

  • Fully licensed in North Carolina as an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, or nearing independent licensure
  • Passionate about providing individual therapy to adult women
  • Grounded, compassionate, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback
  • Committed to ethical care, timely documentation, and clear communication
  • Willing to work a hybrid schedule with at least two workdays per week providing in-person sessions at a practice office
  • Able to provide virtual sessions from a private, quiet workspace with reliable internet

The Role

  • Provide individual therapy aligned with your training, interests, and clinical expertise
  • Maintain a full-time caseload with a goal of 25 billed client sessions per week
  • Plan for approximately 5–10 additional hours per week for documentation, administrative responsibilities, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings, initially held weekly, and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and colleagues
  • Contribute to a welcoming, respectful environment for clients and coworkers

Compensation

Expected annual earnings are $74,000–$82,000, based on a full-time caseload and depending on licensure, relevant clinical experience, and specialized training. Actual earnings vary by billed session volume. Compensation details and expectations during caseload development will be discussed during the interview process.
