About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our 10 Coburg location in Eugene, OR. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week (Monday – Friday), and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Call Center Representative recruiting pay range is $17.96 - $21.64.
What will you do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist new and established patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Assist patients with portal access.
- Accurately record patient information, inquiries, and call details into the system.
- Liaise between patients and healthcare providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow up on pending patient requests and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
What do you need to bring to the role:
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED required and one year of call center experience in a professional environment preferred.
