Women's Care Center is seeking a compassionate, relationship-centered individual to join our team as a Pregnancy Support/Client Care Advocate.
In this role, you will walk alongside women facing pregnancy-related decisions by providing support, education, encouragement, and practical resources in a welcoming and judgment-free environment.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and support women during pregnancy testing and ultrasound appointments
- Build trusting relationships through compassionate listening and genuine care
- Provide education about pregnancy, fetal development, parenting, adoption, community resources, and available support services
- Help clients explore their circumstances, strengths, values, and goals
- Offer encouragement and practical support during difficult situations
- Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and appointments to provide ongoing care
- Connect clients with community resources and support programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Contribute to a warm, organized, and welcoming center environment

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, social services, education, ministry, human services, advocacy, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software
- Willingness to complete specialized training provided by Women's Care Center - two full weeks of training in Fargo, ND
