Who We Are Looking For:

Women's Care Center is seeking a compassionate Center Assistant who is a key member in our pro-life pregnancy center in Omaha, NE.

Position Summary:

The Center Assistant is responsible for ensuring that every client experiences Radical Hospitality from the moment she enters the center. Serving as a steward of the center's daily operations, the Center Assistant creates a welcoming environment, supports client care, maintains an orderly and dignified facility, facilitates material assistance, and provides practical support to counselors, nurses, and center leadership.

This role combines front desk hospitality, administrative support, childcare, facility readiness, and Crib Club operations into a single position dedicated to making each client's experience seamless and exceptional. While many responsibilities are shared among the team as appropriate, the Center Assistant ensures these essential functions are consistently completed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Exceptional Client Hospitality: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience that reflects Women's Care Center's commitment to Radical Hospitality.

2. Maintain an Exceptional Client Environment: Take ownership of the appearance, cleanliness, and readiness of the center so every space communicates dignity, care, and professionalism.

3. Support Client Care Programs and Center Operations: Provide operational support that allows counselors and nurses to focus on serving clients while ensuring programs remain organized and well supplied.

4. Coordinate Donations and Material Resources: Serve as the primary coordinator for donated items and material resources while cultivating gratitude toward community supporters.

5. Provide Childcare and Class Support: Support parents participating in educational programming by providing attentive childcare and assisting with class operations.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about the pro-life mission
• A genuine commitment to Radical Hospitality and serving every client with compassion and dignity
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, childcare, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Spanish-speaking required
