- Grow Community Relationships: Build strong connections with donors, volunteers, churches, businesses, social organizations, and community leaders.
- Create New Opportunities: Proactively identify prospects, open doors, strengthen relationships, and turn community connections into mission investment.
- Maintain Strong Accountability: Consistently track donor activity, next steps, asks, and progress through DonorPerfect and established development systems.
- Senior Director Responsibility: Lead, manage, coach, and hold a small group of Development Directors in other national markets accountable for fundraising ownership and results.
This position may be structured as full-time or with a flexible schedule for the right candidate. Some regional travel is required.

- Naturally warm, engaging, and skilled at building trust.
- Someone people enjoy meeting—and are eager to introduce to others.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes.
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing relationships and follow-up.
- Passionate about Women’s Care Center and eager to share the mission throughout the community.
