Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer-ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The candidate must possess a Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow.
Primary Responsibilities
Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer-ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The candidate must possess a Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve in a team leader capacity with large-scale Application Development projects / programs
- Drive technical validity of solution.
- Coordinate issues resolution activities with varied stakeholders
- Drive the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials
- Review entire problem logs, identify recurring problems, and complete steps for long-term resolution
- Provide coaching and development to more junior Application Developers
- Coordinate the work of 3rd party development teams
- Participate in Agile teams
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve production problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage multiple development projects at one time while being organized and taking detailed notes.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or combination of work experience and education
- Two (2) years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow.
- Experience developing and supporting production applications including limited experience coordinating and leading development teams/projects
- Experience working in large complex technology projects including those with offshore teams
- Strong team player with ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a variety of functions as well as able to work independently
- Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, mathematic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and manage an action plan including strong attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate the Agile delivery values of Openness, Commitment, Respect, Courage, and Focus
- Other job duties as assigned
