Part-Time Virtual Administrative Assistant
Looking for an additional Part-Time Virtual Administrative Assistant approximately 6 to 8 hours a
week. Must be available to start training to onboard soon.
This job is NOT a design role, but it’s creative admin work for a business the luxury design/build
industry. WE are networking organization of creators. We produce programming and
presentations at our events.
Candidates must be able to commit to this position, be upbeat, quick to learn, and motivated.
This is a part-time, virtual role with phone check-ins and reviews to go over tasks. The schedule
is flexible, but hours are consistent each week. A schedule will be made in advance each week..
There is an interactive component via phone and computer. No writing skills are needed, as all
content is pre-written, but you must have excellent grammar and punctuation skills in order to
proofread and format newsletters and invitations.
Proofreading and formatting skills are a must. Please be fluent in English (spoken, written, and
reading) to ensure proper grammar and punctuation of existing written copy before launching
any print, as well as formatting graphics and photos for our newsletters. Responsibilities also
include correspondence with our community members and inquiries, as well as managing photo
folders and edits from events.
We use Mailchimp, Canva, Eventbrite, and Google Docs, and are building a new website now.
We will train you!

Training and onboarding for this position should start as soon as week of April 20, 2026.
Additional option to this position:
This admin assistant may also be considered to assist with our many in-person events
throughout the year for the right candidate. Great industry perks are available for those

Hourly pay, W9 independent contractor.
